"The Nissan Cedrics"
There was an Australian singing group called the "Nissan Cedrics". The two members of the "Nissan Cedrics" were Danielle Gaha and Louise Anton. The "Nissan Cedrics" were the house band on a late night variety show called "Club Buggery", which was hosted by HG Nelson (Greig Pickhaver) and Rampaging Roy Slaven (John Doyle). On one episode of Club Buggery they gave away a 1965 Nissan Cedric as a prize. The "Nissan Cedrics" recorded an album in 1997, it's cover featured a cake in the shape of a 31 series Cedric. |
| G31 - Cedric 1900 Deluxe
The Cedric deLuxe is the mid-sized model with short front doors and long back doors. It has a 4590mm long body with 912mm long front doors and 958mm long rear doors. Has the 1883cc engine. The deLuxe has stainless steel door window frames, hubcaps that cover the whole wheel, stainless steel side mouldings that have a dull finish in the middle and stainless steel roof drip channel mouldings. The deLuxe version of the previous 30 series Cedric was a short wheel base model with deLuxe fittings. |

| H31 - Cedric 1900 Custom
The Custom is the long wheel base variant of the 31 series and has long front doors and long back doors. it has a 4650mm long body with 972mm long front doors and 958mm long rear doors. It has the 1883cc engine. Has stainless steel door window frames, hubcaps that cover the whole wheel, stainless steel side mouldings that have a dull finish in the middle and stainless steel roof drip channel mouldings. The Custom model of the previous 30 series Cedric had the short front door and long back door body. |

| 31 - Cedric 1500 Standard
The Standard is the short wheel base model with short front doors and short rear doors. It has a basic vinyl interior and is missing many of the luxury appointments of the upper models. It has a 4490mm long body with 912mm long front doors and 860mm long rear doors. Has the 1488cc engine. It has painted door window frames, smaller hubcaps that only partially cover the whole wheel and 'shiny' stainless steel side mouldings. |

| WP31 - Cedric Wagon
The wagon variant has a 4690mm long body with 912mm long front doors and 860mm long rear doors. Has the 1883cc engine. Is an 8 seater, with a rear facing 3rd seat that folds down flat under the cargo area. Has stainless steel door window frames, hubcaps that cover the whole wheel, stainless steel side mouldings that have a dull finish in the middle and stainless steel roof drip channel mouldings. The trim and equipment levels are similar to the deLuxe sedan. |

| VP31 - Cedric Van
The van version has a 4690mm long body with 912mm long front doors and 860mm long rear doors. Has the 1883cc engine. Is basically the same as the Wagon except it is a 6 seater, it does not have the 3rd seat. Has painted door window frames, smaller hubcaps that only partially cover the whole wheel and 'shiny' stainless steel side mouldings. It's trim and equipment levels are similar to those of the Standard sedan. |

| 50 - Cedric Special
The Cedric Special is an extra long wheel base version of the H31 series Cedric Custom. It is 145mm longer than the H31, giving it an overall length of 4795mm in length. This extra length is all in the front of the car from the windscreen forward, and is needed to accomodate the 2825cc 118hp OHV 6cyl. K series engine.
