by Halbert Schrader. (also sold as "Datsun Automobiles from Japan") A great reference book about pre-1980 Datsuns. Has both English and German text. 82 pages. |

"The Complete Datsun Guide"
by Michael Hollander Printed in 1980, this 239 page book is supposedly the most complete guide to Nissan and Datsun cars. I have yet to see a copy of the book, so I can't tell you if this is true. |

by John Rae As the title suggests, this is a history of Nissan in the USA. Unfortunately it contains several glaring inaccuracies, which leaves you somewhat less than confident about believing the remainder of the book |

by Yutaka Katayama. The autobiography of Yutaka Katayama. Mr.K was the president of Nissan USA in the 1960s and 1970s and was one of the most important people in Nissan's history. |

"The Reckoning"
by David Halberstam. This book compares the differences between the Japanes and American car industries by looking at the histories of Nissan and Ford. Probably the most complete corporate history of Nissan (and Ford) ever written, but at over 700 pages it is very hard going, especially the sections about Ford. |
